Q - Do I need a lot of equipment or space to get started?

A - Not at all!  You can get amazing results with just your bodyweight, and if you have space to lay down a yoga mat we can make it work for you! For personalized programs we will utilize any equipment you have, but no equipment is required.

 

Q - How do I know your programs will work for me?

A - As your trainer I am 100 percent committed to your results! That being said, for you to achieve the best results from your program we need to have good communication, and you have to be willing to put in the work! Always keep me in the loop if anything doesn't feel right & we will fix it right away!!

 

Q - Do you train children?

A - I specialize in helping women build strength & confidence through fitness, nutrition, and mindset practices. My biz name Fire Child Fitness stemmed from my roller derby name and my love of spinning fire! I do love kids, and have done some work with children's groups here and there, but it is not my main focus.

 

Q - What if the exercises are too difficult for me?

A – For personalized programs, we go over everything together right from the beginning to show you proper form and how to complete the exercises with confidence. We will always adjust as needed. I also provide options for different fitness levels in the pre-designed programs and challenges. If you ever need a modification or substitute exercise I will always provide you with an option that works for you.

 

Q - How often will you be in contact with me?

A – For most programs you will receive a weekly check in email. I will also send occasional extra information if I think it will be useful to you! If you choose one-on-one sessions you will obviously be seeing me more often! You are welcome to message me at any time. I will do my best to respond to you as quickly as possible, however I ask you to allow at least 24 hours for a response, and I take Sunday off!

 

Q - Can we pause the program?

A – To keep you accountable and getting results you cannot pause/break from the program. It takes consistent effort to achieve results and if you break it up to much you will not see progress. I am here to make sure you get the results you deserve! Medical exceptions will be considered, but otherwise no breaks.

 

Q - Can I get a refund?

A - There are no refunds for training packages. We will adjust as needed to make thing work for you. If you follow the plan provided and put in consistent effort you will get results! Medical exceptions will be considered.
