  • Milica has a wealth of health and fitness knowledge and is very professional, calm and has a gentle approach in making my training firm. Milica provides an individual exercise program that is challenging while the goals are achievable. My sessions are intense upon my own request. And when I cannot manage a new exercise she provides a variation of the exercise that allows me to build up to the full exercise. Milica pushes me gently to my limits yet at the same time she is constantly watching every move I make. She ensures that my techniques are always correct and adjusts my form accordingly. I have had minor injuries, unrelated to my training and she has worked with my physiotherapist where adjustments had to be made yet, incorporates new exercises for me to gain strength in a safe and effective way.

  • I am so thankful to Milica for helping me get motivated and active after months during COVID. I usually love hitting the gym for HIT classes and found myself really struggling not being able to participate in person with other human beings.
