My Fit & Fired Up Online Challenge is designed to get you amazing results in just 6 weeks!

This program will have you feeling strong, healthy and energized in no time!

 

  • 6 weeks stronger exercise program ( not personalized)
  • 2 workouts each week - Total Body and Core & Cardio
  • no equipment necessary (weights optional)
  • personal tracking sheets (google drive)
  • Full length follow along workout videos!
  • Bi-Weekly 15 min check in call (3 total)

The Flex and Focus program is for you if you are looking to work on your mobility and flexibility as well as building overall strength.

The workouts themselves are slightly shorter and less intense than the 6 Weeks Stronger Challenge, but still very effective and designed to help you achieve amazing results!

 

  • Total Body Strength & Conditioning

  • 30-40min Workouts via YouTube link
