Benefits& Features

All online personal training packages are delivered using google sheets & zoom or other video call options. Winnipeg In-Person clients will also receive their program through google sheets with video demos included. I offer varied support levels to suit your personal needs.

High-level support, best for those who are committed to achieving a healthier lifestyle. Your program will be designed to get you to your individual goals, and be broken down in such a way that it fits your schedule. No cookie cutter approaches will be found here, this is about you and your individual results!

 

Live 45-60 minute sessions designed to coach you through your personal exercise program. Your first session will include your fit testing, to help track your progress and ensure we are working towards your goals. You are provided with one-on-one attention as you exercise to ensure that you receive the maximum benefits of each exercise and an extra motivational boost to help keep you on track. You will receive a copy of your program through Google Sheets, daily homework & exercise demo videos will be included in every package. You may choose to use any session as a nutrition consultation if desired, 24 hours notice is required.

Training packages include the following:

 

  • Goal Setting & positive mindset coaching
  • Fit Testing every 6-8 weeks
  • Customized workout program including video demonstrations (new program every 4-8 weeks - no gym required)
  • Coached through effective warm-up  and cool down exercises to reduce the risk of injury
  • Coached through proper exercise technique for safety and maximum results
  • Nutrition Guidelines & Meal Planning Ideas
  • Weekly email check in

 

Important Conditions:

 

  • All sessions must be used within the month. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Any cancelled sessions are forfeited if not rescheduled and used within the month. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • 24 hour notice is required or session is forfeited. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • A minimum 3 month commitment is required. After 3 months you can change your package option or cancel, 2 weeks minimum notice is required for changes.
  • You must give a minimum 2 weeks notice to change your package options or cancel your training.
